This hotel is situated in a very safe area, right in the center of everything. The location in the Altamira district is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the Metro station. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms are well-equipped with all the basic amenities we needed, and we were pleased to find that breakfast was included in the rate.

The hotel is located in Altamira neighborhood, a very safe area where you can walk around at night without any worries. There are also nice restaurants and bars nearby, making it convenient for dining out. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with some even having special balconies where you can enjoy a night drink. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they speak English. The breakfast is delicious, offering a mix of local and international dishes.
The lobby and restaurant areas are somewhat limited in terms of size and amenities.

The hotel looked luxurious from the outside, but once inside, it appeared cheap and overpriced. The air conditioning was extremely loud and there was a lot of street noise that could be heard from the room.

The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offered various international options along with local delicacies. Plus, the friendly and attentive staff made the stay even more enjoyable.
Some of the room amenities seemed outdated, and the air conditioning was a bit noisy. , the street noise could be heard through the windows, which might disturb light sleepers.
